The Holmes Commission addresses and confronts systematic racism within American psychoanalysis. It aims to transform the institutional culture of psychoanalysis by enhancing awareness, fostering open discussions about race and racism, and encouraging structured initiatives to support diversity and inclusion with psychoanalytic organizations.
