I help teens and adults of all ages navigate a wide variety of problems including depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, parenting challenges, having a complicated relationship with one's body, anxiety, grief over the loss of someone/something, life transitions, and identity at any age. I provide individual and couples therapy as well as provide parent coaching/consultation. I am also currently enrolled in the Psychoanalytic Couples Psychotherapy Program (PCPG).
