Supervisory Consultation Group
for CMH Clinicians
The frenetic pace of agency work in community mental health makes finding time and space to think deeply about our work difficult. With the pressures of documentation requirements, community trauma, and limited resources, these demands overshadow clinical thinking. In response to the needs of our community, NCSPP is providing an additional forum to reflect on our clinical work.
This supervisory group will support new CMH agency supervisors thinking more about the supervisory relationship and will be led by seasoned clinicians who have experience in community settings.
This group is open to staff members of county-funded or non-profit agencies and is designed to support recent supervisors in CMH agencies think about the supervisory relationship.
