BERKELEY OFFICE TO SUBLET. Suitable for psychoanalysis and/or psychotherapy. One minute walk to Chez Panisse, 12 minute walk to downtown Berkeley BART. Available Wednesday and Thursday afternoons from noon (including evenings), Friday mornings and early afternoon (through 2 pm), and all day Saturday and Sunday. $150 for a full day (and evening) per month; $75 for a half day per month, but willing to negotiate. The spacious, elegant suite of offices and waiting room is separated from PINC's classrooms and administrative offices. Three offices are flooded with natural light from west-facing windows, and one has indirect light through a side glass panel. Each of the three offices is 190 sq. ft., 10.5 x 18 and rents for $1200. The fourth office is 168 sq. ft. 12 x 14 and rents for $700. All have high quality soundproofing, share a waiting room and access to a large kitchen.
